2026 Season Wrap-up

Thank you to everyone who rode with Eyes On Wheels in 2026!
- This year we once again proudly fielded patrol teams for Reach The Beach, Chefs Cycle, Cascade Lakes Relay, and Hood To Coast. Chefs Cycle was a second-time event for EOW, and it was a real pleasure supporting bicyclists in Bend. At Hood To Coast, we were thrilled to have eight first-time EOW patrol riders, plus two others riding their first Hood to Coast. We’re so glad you joined us and hope to see you again in 2027!
- Another highlight: 34 riders strong at HTC. Hats off to Gary Roe and BJ Herman who went above and beyond again this season by riding both the Friday morning walkers’ patrol and the Friday evening/Saturday patrol. Doubling up is no small feat—thank you for your incredible dedication!
2026 by the Numbers
- Total Patrol Riders (some including multiple events): 63
- Total Patrol Miles Ridden (across all events): 10,982 miles
Gratitude to our Event Partners
- A huge thank you to our event organizers—Hood to Coast Relay, American Lung Association, Medalist Sports, and Cascade Lakes Relay. Your commitment to safety makes our work possible, and we are proud of the trust you place in us.
Thanks to our Business Partners and Donors
- We’re deeply grateful to our business partners and especially to everyone who donated this year. Many riders generously gave back their reimbursements, and many HTC participants showed their appreciation with contributions of their own. Interested in donating? Visit eyesonwheels.org/donate, or find us on Candid. Every gift fuels our mission—thank you!
Looking ahead
