Eyes On Wheels organizes and operates volunteer motorcycle deterrence patrols for public events in Oregon. Our volunteer riders patrol visibly during an event to deter interference or other undesirable behavior by spectators.

In over two decades of running patrols for Hood to Coast, Eyes on Wheels (EOW) has deterred countless acts of interference with the racers, come to the assistance of participants who are in distress or injured, and acted to bring in race officials and law enforcement when the situation warrants their involvement.
